  • 1 lb
    macaroni, cooked
  • 12 oz
    velvetta cheese, cubed
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
    milk
  • ·
    salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg
    beef smoked sausage, cut into slices
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    panko bread crumbs

How to Make Baked Macaroni & Cheese w/ Smoked Sausage

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large pot of salted water, cook macaroni.
    Rinse & drain toss with melted butter, place in a large casserole dish.
  2. Place all cheeses in a sauce pot, add milk and all seasonings. Cook on low - med heat until cheese melted, stirring often.
  3. Pour melted cheese sauce over macaroni and add sliced smoked sausage.
    Mix together
  4. Top with panko bread crumbs & place a few pats of butter over top if you like.
    Bake @350 degrees for about 45 minutes until bubbly.
    ENJOY!!!!
