Ingredients

  • 1 pound macaroni, cooked
  • 12 ounces velvetta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • - salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 package beef smoked sausage, cut into slices
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

How To Make baked macaroni & cheese w/ smoked sausage

  • Step 1
    In a large pot of salted water, cook macaroni. Rinse & drain toss with melted butter, place in a large casserole dish.
  • Step 2
    Place all cheeses in a sauce pot, add milk and all seasonings. Cook on low - med heat until cheese melted, stirring often.
  • Step 3
    Pour melted cheese sauce over macaroni and add sliced smoked sausage. Mix together
  • Step 4
    Top with panko bread crumbs & place a few pats of butter over top if you like. Bake @350 degrees for about 45 minutes until bubbly. ENJOY!!!!
