Ingredients
- 1 pound macaroni, cooked
- 12 ounces velvetta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 1 package beef smoked sausage, cut into slices
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
How To Make baked macaroni & cheese w/ smoked sausage

Step 1In a large pot of salted water, cook macaroni. Rinse & drain toss with melted butter, place in a large casserole dish.

Step 2Place all cheeses in a sauce pot, add milk and all seasonings. Cook on low - med heat until cheese melted, stirring often.

Step 3Pour melted cheese sauce over macaroni and add sliced smoked sausage. Mix together

Step 4Top with panko bread crumbs & place a few pats of butter over top if you like. Bake @350 degrees for about 45 minutes until bubbly. ENJOY!!!!
