This was a favorite on my home growing up..You can either baked it or leave the pasta in it's loose stage..Yummy either way

yield as many as you need to. You adjust the pasta accordingly

Ingredients

  • - ricotta cheese
  • - mozzarella cheese
  • - milk
  • - parmesan cheese
  • - pasta of choice
  • - bread crumbs, seasoned
  • - butter
  • NO NEED TO MEASURE. IT'S ALL ABOUT YOUR TASTE!!!

How To Make baked macaroni and cheese..italian style

  • Step 1
    Bring water to a boil, add pasta..(you can use rigatoni, mostaccoli, rotelli,) any pasta that you prefer really. It's totally up to you...
  • Step 2
    when pasta is done, add butter (enough as you wish) as my mom would say..the more the better..ricotta cheese, milk, mozzerella cheese, parmesan cheese. **If you choose to bake this, then prepare a baking dish by spreading butter on the bottom and then adding bread crumbs**fill the baking dish with the pasta mixture and then add more bread crumbs on top. Add drops of butter on top, then bake and enjoy. ~~~ if you decided to try this in the loose stage..after all the ingredients are added to the pasta...you are done.
