this is very tasty and is great served by itself or together with a meal. i typically use it as a side for meatloaf or fried chicken.

Ingredients For baked mac and cheese

  • 1 lb
    any type of pasta
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 pkg
    of shredded jack cheese 8oz
  • 1 pkg
    cheddar cheese, shredded 8oz
  • 1 pkg
    italian mix cheese 8oz
  • pepperica
  • spray pam

How To Make baked mac and cheese

    preheat oven to 375 boil water and when it done boiling ad pasta while the pasta is cooking coat a pan you would cook your lazange in with pam. SPRAY IT LIGHTLY beat the eggs milk salt pepper and about a tablespoon of pepperica together into a bowl. measures out 7oz of each cheese and blend together into a seperate bowl while they are still cool. KEEP AN OUNCE OF EACH CHEESE ON THE SIDE FOR THE TOPPING When pasta is completely done cooking drain the water and put back into pot to mix all the ingredients together. first you ad the egg mixture then the cheese. mix everything together til it is gooey. when it is gooey poor into baking pan. when in the back pan spread the ounce of each each on top along with a few dashes of pepperica. Bake for about 30 min and let cool for 10 min before serving
