I love my nana's twist on baked mac and cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 box
    elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1 box
    velveta cheese, cut up into cubes
  • 1/2 stick
    butter, room temperature
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    salt and pepper

How to Make Baked mac and cheese

Step-by-Step

  1. In a deep casserole dish layer elbows, cubed cheese and pads of butter. Repeat until dish is full.
  2. mix egg, salt and pepper in a bowl pouring it all over the top of the layers.
  3. Cook in the oven covered for 45-1 hour, when it is done take it out and stir it all. Serve :)
