I had to try this and wow, very very good recipe! A different twist on the traditional baked spaghetti! It was a hit in our kitchen!

    (28 ounce) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 clove
    clove garlic, minced
  • 8 oz
    lite cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 350*.

    Brown ground beef in non-stick skillet until cooked through; drain and stir in sauce and set aside.
  2. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain and place pasta in large serving bowl. Add the cream cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic. Mix until cream cheese is melted and pasta is coated fully.
  3. In a greased 9"x13" baking dish, spread 1/2 cup of meat sauce onto bottom. Place pasta on top and cover pasta with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan over top and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
