I had to try this and wow, very very good recipe! A different twist on the traditional baked spaghetti! It was a hit in our kitchen! Recipe source~ plainchicken.com & food.com

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 - (28 ounce) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 clove clove garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces lite cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

How To Make baked cream cheese spaghetti casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350*. Brown ground beef in non-stick skillet until cooked through; drain and stir in sauce and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain and place pasta in large serving bowl. Add the cream cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic. Mix until cream cheese is melted and pasta is coated fully.
  • Step 3
    In a greased 9"x13" baking dish, spread 1/2 cup of meat sauce onto bottom. Place pasta on top and cover pasta with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan over top and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly. 12 points per serving
