Cream cheese and spaghetti. Wow! One of my favorite ingredients to cook with is cream cheese. It adds so much flavor to your recipe that you make. This recipe is so easy to make and adding the green peppers, carrots, onions, and spices gives it that extra boost.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This cream cheese baked spaghetti is a perfect weeknight meal but good enough to have on a special occasion. Mixing cream cheese with the spaghetti noodles makes the whole dish rich. It almost has the flavors of lasagna without the work. The sauce and meat mixture layered beneath and on top of the noodles mingles with the noodles in the baking process. All of the fresh veggies give the sauce so much flavor. Carrots almost add a subtle sweetness. The cheese mixture on top is the perfect gooey topping. We think after you try this, you'll be making it all the time.
