Ingredients
- 1# - orrecchietter pasta
- 2 - olive oil
- 1/4 tablespoon garlic chopped
- 1 - tomatoes fresh diced
- 3/4 tablespoon white wine
- 1 16 oz cups jar of nonna's gourmet foods marinara sauce
- - kosher salt/crack/pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup mascarpone cheese
- - fresh basil for garnish
- 1/4 cup red onion diced

Step 11.preheat oven to 375 degrees 2. Bring pasta pot filled with water 2/3 cups to the top a boil. Add 3 Tblsp.of kosher salt to it, when done drain and set a side until sauce is done. 3.Add pasta and stir, cook at a boil until pasta is al dente (cook not soft) 4. While pasta is cooking heat a large sauce pan on medium-high + oil,red onions 1/4 cup diced, garlic and tomato. Saute appox. 2-3 min. then + white wine. scrap bits of the bottom,and bring to a boil. 5.Now add the NONNA'S GOURMET FOODS MARINARA SAUCE and bring back to a boil turn heat down and let cook for 2 min or more. 6.Remove from heat and add mascarpone cheese, stirring to blend. Now + pasta and fresh basil toss to combined 7.Take a greased 9x13 inch baking casserole+ pasta/sauce mixture spreading out evenly sprinkle top with parmesan cheese and then mozzarella cheese. cover with saran wrap and then aluminum foil.
