Ingredients For bacon cheeseburger pasta

  • 8 oz
    uncooked penne pasta
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 6
    bacon strips
  • 1 can
    condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 c
    (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make bacon cheeseburger pasta

    Make pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. For Bacon ~ I use this method ~, once bacon is done, cut into 1/2" pieces.

    In large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, season with salt and pepper; drain.

    In same skillet, add pasta, soup and bacon; heat through, about 5 minutes.

    Remove from stove and add cheese, cover and let stand until cheese is melted, about 3 to 5 minutes. 10 points per serving.
