Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
- 3 slices bacon or turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup onions,chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 10 3/4 ounces can cream mushroom soup-99% fat free
- 1 cup sour cream-fat free or reduced
- 12 ounces pkg. egg noodle,cooked and drained
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make bacon-(cheese)burger stroganoff

Step 1Brown beef with bacon;add onion and cook until soft. Drain and add paprika,salt,pepper;mix well. Stir in soup;cook,uncovered,over low heat for 20minutes,stirring often. Add sour cream and heat through w/o boiling. Toss noodles with butter;top with stroganoff. If you want to make the cheese version-add the Cheese the top or if you want it extra cheesy,you can add bits through out the casserole,then you'll have little pockets of cheese! Yum.(cubes or shredded)
