Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon
- 6 large eggs
- Pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- 8 ounces thick spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 ounces shredded parmesean cheese
How To Make bacon bomb pasta
-
Step 1Cut the bacon up into 1/2 inch pieces. Set aside.
-
Step 2Scramble the raw eggs in a bowl with a whisk for 30 seconds. Add salt and pepper to taste as you normally would for scrambled eggs and whisk them in. Set the raw eggs aside.
-
Step 3Boil the spaghetti al dente according to package directions. While the spaghetti is cooking, fry up the bacon until is cooked but not overly crisp. Drain.
-
Step 4When the pasta is cooked, drain it and put it in a large bowl. Mix in the eggs, and two tablespoons of melted butter until well combined. Add the cheese and bacon and mix well.
-
Step 5In a non-stick pot, melt two tablespoons of butter. Add the pasta mixture to the pan. Cover and cook on low for 10 minutes stirring every couple minutes.
