Stove Top


  • 16 oz
    spaghetti noodles
  • 8 slice
    bacon, chopped
  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 4
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    monterey jack cheese

How to Make Bacon and Eggs Spaghetti


  1. Cook and drain spaghetti noodles using package directions for al dente.
  2. Cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan to paper towel. Crumble.
  3. With bacon grease, cook onions until tender.
  4. Add spaghetti and bacon to the onions. Toss until well mixed.
  5. Stir in eggs and cheeses and heat until cheese is melted and eggs are set.
