Ingredients

  • 16 ounces spaghetti noodles
  • 8 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 4 - eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese

How To Make bacon and eggs spaghetti

  • Step 1
    Cook and drain spaghetti noodles using package directions for al dente.
  • Step 2
    Cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan to paper towel. Crumble.
  • Step 3
    With bacon grease, cook onions until tender.
  • Step 4
    Add spaghetti and bacon to the onions. Toss until well mixed.
  • Step 5
    Stir in eggs and cheeses and heat until cheese is melted and eggs are set.
