Ingredients
- 1 can #2 tomatoes
- 2 cans 6 oz tomato paste
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 sprig parsley chopped
- 1 - onion chopped
- 3/4 pound ground beef
- 1/4 pound ground pork
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Step 1Mix the first seven ingredients in a sauce pan and cook slowly.

Step 2Blend remaining ingredients together and form into balls. Brown in 3 Tablespoons oil then add them to the tomato sauce and simmer for one hour.
