Super easy to make. Kind of reminds me of Steak n' Shake's Chili Three-Ways. My aunt would make this everytime I went over for sleep overs with my cousins. She knew that this was one of my favorite meals that she would cook.

lean ground beef
1/4 c
chopped onion

dark red kidney beans, undrained
1 can(s)
tomato soup, undiluted
1 can(s)
15 oz hunt's tomato sauce
1 Tbsp
chili powder
salt, to taste
16 oz
parmesan cheese, to taste

How to Make Aunt Verna's Chili Mac


  • 1Brown ground beef and onions, then drain.
  • 2Add tomato sauce, tomato soup, kidney beans, chili powder and salt (to taste).
  • 3Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
  • 4Serve over individual spaghetti servings.
  • 5Sprinkle on parmesan cheese (to taste).
