Ingredients
- 1 package spaghetti noodles (or noodles of your choice)
- 1/2 cup tamari
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 - 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey, preferably dark meat
- 1 tablespoon corn starch, dissolved in a light bit of water
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 English cucumber, deseeded and thinly sliced
- roasted sesame seeds (optional)
- freshly chopped cilantro and lime slices for garnish
How To Make asian-style noodles with ground turkey

Step 1Prepare noodles according to package instructions.

Step 2Combine soy sauce with ginger and mix well. Add oil to a skillet and brown the turkey along with the garlic.

Step 3When turkey is crumbled and done, reduce the heat and add the sauce ingredients. Allow the sauce ingredients to season the turkey.

Step 4Then add corn starch dissolved in a bit of water. Cook until the sauce thickens.

Step 5Add noodles - mix well. Add the turkey/noodle mixture to a serving bowl and garnish with the carrots and cucumbers.

Step 6Sprinkle dish with a squeeze of lime, cilantro, and sesame seeds (if using).
