Ingredients
- 8 ounces angel hair pasta
- 10 stalks asparagus trimmed
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemongrass paste
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons each oyster sauce and hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sambal olek sauce
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 5 tablespoons water
How To Make asian inspired asparagus & angel hair pasta

Step 1Cook the angel hair pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. About 5 minutes before it is done throw in the Asparagus. Drain.

Step 2Mix all the ingredients for sauce except cornstarch and water together. Bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch and water together and slowly whisk into the sauce.

Step 3Serve the angel hair topped with asparagus and sauce overtop.
