Ingredients

  • 8 ounces angel hair pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt, to taste
  • white pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounces crab meat
  • 1 tablespoon white truffle oil, plus more for serving
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
  • green parts of scallions, chopped for garnish

How To Make angel hair with crab and truffle oil

  • Step 1
    Place the pasta in boiling salted water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  • Step 2
    To the same pan, add the heavy cream, garlic, salt, and white pepper.
  • Step 3
    Bring to a boil. Add the cooked pasta and toss in the cream. Add the pasta water and stir.
  • Step 4
    Add the crab meat and toss again. Add the truffle oil and stir gently. Add the cheese and let the cheese melt.
  • Step 5
    Let cook for about 5 minutes. Place on a plate and top with extra truffle oil, Parmesan cheese, and chopped green onions.
