angel hair pasta with pork belly and dumplings
My version of a Thai recipe that brings the heat and bold flavors. Pasta is one of my family favorites. I cook pasta several times a week but it can get boring unless you kick it up a little bit. I took two separate recipes and made it into one absolutely superb dish. Don't take my word for it try it and agree.

Ingredients
- 3/4 pound pork belly
- I package angel hair pasta
- 1 large onion
- 1 large bel pepper
- 2 sticks chili peppers
- 1 clove garlic
- 2-3 pinches salt, pepper, red pepper flake, and garlic powder
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oil
How To Make angel hair pasta with pork belly and dumplings

Step 1Trim rind off pork belly. Cut into small pieces. Heat frying pan with oil. Fry until almost crisp but not done. Add all veggies and saute til tender.

Step 2Boil dumplings for about 6 minutes. Drain and let dry. Add to meat mixture. Turning to brown.

Step 3Cook pasta in salted boiling water. 8-10 minutes and drain. Mix in meat mixture and mix well together.

Step 4Add soy sauce and mix well. Serve
