Ingredients
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, crushed
- 2 cans sliced ripe olives, drained (2 1/4 ounce cans)
- 18 cloves garlic, crushed (about 1 small head)
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 16 ounces angel hair pasta
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
How To Make angel hair pasta with olives, pine nuts and basil

Step 1Combine the first 5 ingredients in a skillet. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Take care not to burn the garlic!!

Step 2Set aside and keep warm.

Step 3Cook the pasta according to the package directions; drain well. Place the pasta in a bowl.

Step 4Add the pine nut mixture and toss well. Sprinkle with cheese.
