Angel Hair Pasta with Olives, Pine Nuts and Basil
3/4 colive oil
1/2 cpine nuts, crushed
2 can(s)sliced ripe olives, drained (2 1/4 ounce cans)
18 clovegarlic, crushed (about 1 small head)
2 Tbspfresh basil, chopped
16 ozangel hair pasta
1/4 cparmesan cheese, freshly grated
How to Make Angel Hair Pasta with Olives, Pine Nuts and Basil
- Combine the first 5 ingredients in a skillet. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Take care not to burn the garlic!!
- Set aside and keep warm.
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions; drain well. Place the pasta in a bowl.
- Add the pine nut mixture and toss well. Sprinkle with cheese.
