Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, packed in water
  • 1lb - small shell pasta
  • 2 jars alfredo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 small red pepper
  • 1/2 small orange or yellow pepper
  • 1 cup french fried onions
  • 1 cup shreded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 package 8oz cream cheese room temp

How To Make alfredo tuna casarole

  • Step 1
    Bring water for pasta to a boil.
  • Step 2
    Mix cream cheese, alfredo sauce together,easiest to use hand mixer.. Then add tuna, drained,chopped onion, peppers, and seasonings, mix well.
  • Step 3
    Drain pasta and add sauce mix, mix well.Spray large baking dish with non stick spray add caserole mixture. bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  • Step 4
    After 20 minutes, pull caserole out, top with cheese and then french fried onions, bake for another 15 minutes.
