How to Make Alfredo Sauce
- Melt the butter but do not let it brown. Add garlic and sautee until it starts to turn light brown.(feel free to add more garlic if you love garlic)
- Add the whipping cream and mix well to incorporate the butter with the cream. (I sometimes lightly use my wisk to make sure it mixes well.) Stir for 2-3 minutes. Add the parmesan cheese and stir quickly as it will start to thicken right away.
- Serve over hot, cooked pasta! Yummy!!
