Ingredients
- 2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, liquid reserved from one can (14 oz each)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound penne pasta
How To Make 4 cheese artichoke sauce with pasta

Step 1Add all the ingredients except the pasta with the reserved artichoke liquid into a slow cooker.

Step 2Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring until the cheeses are melted. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and stir into the cheese artichoke sauce.
