eggs

oyster sauce

soy sauce

dark soy sauce

baking soda

How to Make 23 Beef Chow Fun Noodles

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a bowl add 2 tablespoons water ,1/4 teaspoon baking soda and mix well with beef. Then add a little corn starch ,salt and oil. Marinate beef and put in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • 2Chop red bell pepper, onion, carrots, and green onion into thick square pieces.
  • 3In a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon oil saute garlic and beef. Cook the beef partially and set aside. * The meat will fully cook later when stir fried.
  • 4Then cook the onions, red bell pepper, and carrots.
  • 5On medium heat cook the rice noodle until both sides are golden brown. Then add soy sauce oyster sauce, dark soy sauce , 2 eggs stir and all of the rest of the ingredients. Stir Fry for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
