Ingredients
- 1 pound chow fun ( rice noodle )
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 - red bell pepper
- 1/2 - onions cut thick slice
- 1/2 - carrots shredded
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons wine
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 - stem green onion
- 1/4 teaspoon tsp salt
How To Make 23 beef chow fun noodles

Step 1In a bowl add 2 tablespoons water ,1/4 teaspoon baking soda and mix well with beef. Then add a little corn starch ,salt and oil. Marinate beef and put in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Step 2Chop red bell pepper, onion, carrots, and green onion into thick square pieces.

Step 3In a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon oil saute garlic and beef. Cook the beef partially and set aside. * The meat will fully cook later when stir fried.

Step 4Then cook the onions, red bell pepper, and carrots.

Step 5On medium heat cook the rice noodle until both sides are golden brown. Then add soy sauce oyster sauce, dark soy sauce , 2 eggs stir and all of the rest of the ingredients. Stir Fry for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
