Ingredients

  • 1 pound chow fun ( rice noodle )
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 - red bell pepper
  • 1/2 - onions cut thick slice
  • 1/2 - carrots shredded
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons wine
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 - stem green onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon tsp salt

How To Make 23 beef chow fun noodles

  • Step 1
    In a bowl add 2 tablespoons water ,1/4 teaspoon baking soda and mix well with beef. Then add a little corn starch ,salt and oil. Marinate beef and put in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Chop red bell pepper, onion, carrots, and green onion into thick square pieces.
  • Step 3
    In a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon oil saute garlic and beef. Cook the beef partially and set aside. * The meat will fully cook later when stir fried.
  • Step 4
    Then cook the onions, red bell pepper, and carrots.
  • Step 5
    On medium heat cook the rice noodle until both sides are golden brown. Then add soy sauce oyster sauce, dark soy sauce , 2 eggs stir and all of the rest of the ingredients. Stir Fry for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
