Pan Fry


  • 1 lb
    chow fun ( rice noodle )
  • 2 large
  • 1/2
    red bell pepper
  • 1/2
    onions cut thick slice
  • 1/2
    carrots shredded
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    dark soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2
    stem green onion
  • 1/4 tsp
    tsp salt

How to Make 23 Beef Chow Fun Noodles


  1. In a bowl add 2 tablespoons water ,1/4 teaspoon baking soda and mix well with beef. Then add a little corn starch ,salt and oil. Marinate beef and put in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  2. Chop red bell pepper, onion, carrots, and green onion into thick square pieces.
  3. In a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon oil saute garlic and beef. Cook the beef partially and set aside. * The meat will fully cook later when stir fried.
  4. Then cook the onions, red bell pepper, and carrots.
  5. On medium heat cook the rice noodle until both sides are golden brown. Then add soy sauce oyster sauce, dark soy sauce , 2 eggs stir and all of the rest of the ingredients. Stir Fry for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
