yo mama's crock pot creole
My family loves this slightly spicy version of a New Orleans style creole dish. I created this as a crock pot meal for busy weekdays. I have the rice steaming as the shrimp cooks and I prepare a green salad. Add some crusty bread for a special meal that my husband and kids love!
