this fried chicken recipe,is made for the cheese fans from wisconsin,the marinade i made in cheeses,i gonna called it:Wisconsin Fowl?

    boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp
    sea salt
  • 2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 tsp
    garlic pepper
  • 2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 3 c
    crushed herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 2 c
    grated parmesan cheese,divided
  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    peanut oil
  • WISCONSIN MARINADE
  • 1 1/4 c
    heavy cream
  • 1/4 c
    melted margarine
  • 1 c
    three cheese ranch dressing
  • 1 c
    whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 c
    shredded italian cheese blend
  • 1 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make wisconsin fowl?(cheesy oven fried chicken)

    Season chicken breasts with sea salt,black pepper,garlic powder and dried oregano.

    To make Wisconsin Marinade,in a large bowl,combine heavy cream,margarine,three cheese ranch dressing,whipped cream cheese and next 3 ingredients,whisk together until blend.

    Place seasoned chicken breasts into a large ziplock bag.

    Pour Wisconsin Marinade into the bag and coat the chicken.Squeeze the air from the bag.Seal and refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Placed crushed herb-seasoned stuffing mix into a shallow bowl,add 1 cup parmesan cheese;mix well.Pour all purpose flour into a another shallow bowl,mix with remaining parmesan cheese.

    Pour peanut oil into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

    Remove the chicken breasts from wisconsin marinade.Dredge chicken breasts in parmesan/flour mixture.Press gently into parmesan/stuffing mix to coat.Place coated chicken breasts into the pan with peanut oil.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.Turn each chicken breast over and continue baking until chicken pieces are no longer pink inside and the coating is crisp,about 25 more minutes.
