2 tspgarlic pepper

2 tspdried oregano

3 ccrushed herb-seasoned stuffing mix

2 cgrated parmesan cheese,divided

1 1/2 call purpose flour

3 Tbsppeanut oil
- WISCONSIN MARINADE

1 1/4 cheavy cream
-
1/4 cmelted margarine
-
1 cthree cheese ranch dressing
-
1 cwhipped cream cheese
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
2 cshredded italian cheese blend
-
1 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make wisconsin fowl?(cheesy oven fried chicken)

1Season chicken breasts with sea salt,black pepper,garlic powder and dried oregano.

2To make Wisconsin Marinade,in a large bowl,combine heavy cream,margarine,three cheese ranch dressing,whipped cream cheese and next 3 ingredients,whisk together until blend.

3Place seasoned chicken breasts into a large ziplock bag.

4Pour Wisconsin Marinade into the bag and coat the chicken.Squeeze the air from the bag.Seal and refrigerate for 2 hours.

5Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

6Placed crushed herb-seasoned stuffing mix into a shallow bowl,add 1 cup parmesan cheese;mix well.Pour all purpose flour into a another shallow bowl,mix with remaining parmesan cheese.

7Pour peanut oil into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

8Remove the chicken breasts from wisconsin marinade.Dredge chicken breasts in parmesan/flour mixture.Press gently into parmesan/stuffing mix to coat.Place coated chicken breasts into the pan with peanut oil.

9Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.Turn each chicken breast over and continue baking until chicken pieces are no longer pink inside and the coating is crisp,about 25 more minutes.
