This chili recipe has been a secret for many years. Located in a small hot dog stand in North Carolina. I have seen people stand in line and order 12 hot dogs for lunch. This chili is wonderful especially on hot dogs, but you can use it on hamburgers also. Be sure and try it, does have a kick to it. Get ready to be thirsty.
