- 8 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon seasalt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- .5 0 .75 cups flour for egg shell pie
- 1/4 cup flour or wondra for gravy

Step 11.Egg shell Pie Directions: Mix in a bowll 8 Eggs with 1 Cup Milk or Half and half.

Step 22.Add the 1/2 Cup of Flour and 1/2 teaspoon Seasalt and Ground Pepper to the Wet mix

Step 33.Then pour entire mix into a large DEEP dish pie pan or Medium size DEEP dish Pizza pan.
