This is a very good corn casserole recipe. I have to cook it at every Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter Dinner. No one else says they can make to taste like mine. HaHa, I think that is used for motivation so they don't have to make it.

Ingredients

  • 1 package white frozen shoepeg corn
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons i use heaping tablespoon of flour
  • 2 ounces rolls of white cream style corn out of the freezer
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • - salt & pepper to taste

How To Make white corn casserole

  • Step 1
I always use an aluminum throw away pan. I put my frozen corn in first and mix my flour really good with the corn. I then add the remainder of the ingredients.
  • Step 2
Stir realy good and bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour. Cook and enjoy. Everyone says it taste like homemade corn.
  • Step 3
I use the aluminum pan because I am usually taking it somewhere else. I just mix it in the aluminum pan.
  • Step 4
While cooking stir the corn every so often.
