White Corn Casserole
1 pkgwhite frozen shoepeg corn
2 stickbutter, melted
3 Tbspi use heaping tablespoon of flour
2 ozrolls of white cream style corn out of the freezer
1 ptwhipping cream
·salt & pepper to taste
How to Make White Corn Casserole
- I always use an aluminum throw away pan. I put my frozen corn in first and mix my flour really good with the corn. I then add the remainder of the ingredients.
- Stir realy good and bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour. Cook and enjoy. Everyone says it taste like homemade corn.
- I use the aluminum pan because I am usually taking it somewhere else. I just mix it in the aluminum pan.
- While cooking stir the corn every so often.
