- 2 slices thick italian bread buttered and toasted in oven until browned
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 cups grated aged cheddar cheese
- 2 large eggs
- salt and pepper
- fresh parsley chopped
How To Make welsh rarebit with fried egg

Step 1Mix the shredded cheese, paprika, and dry mustard. Pour the beer in a large pan. Bring to a boil and let reduce by half. Stir in the cheese mixture and cook until melted.

Step 2Fry the eggs. Pour the cheese sauce over the toasted bread and serve the fried egg on top of each pieces of bread and garnish with parsley
