Ingredients

    german brand weiners, cut into fourths
  • 1 lb
    can or jar of sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/2 tsp
    caraway seeds
  • 1 small
    onion, chopped
  • 3 oz
    white wine
  • 2 Tbsp
    ,brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make WEINERS BAVARIAN

Step-by-Step

  1. MELT BUTTER IN A LARGE, DEEP FRY PAN...ADD ONION AND SAUTE OVER LOW HEAT TILL TRANSLUCENT...STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS, COVER AND COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT FOR 10 - 20 MINUTES...STIR OCCASIONALLY. THIS MAKES 6 SERVINGS...
