german brand weiners, cut into fourths
1 lb
can or jar of sauerkraut, drained
1/2 tsp
caraway seeds
1 small
onion, chopped
3 oz
white wine
2 Tbsp
,brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp
butter
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1MELT BUTTER IN A LARGE, DEEP FRY PAN...ADD ONION AND SAUTE OVER LOW HEAT TILL TRANSLUCENT...STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS, COVER AND COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT FOR 10 - 20 MINUTES...STIR OCCASIONALLY. THIS MAKES 6 SERVINGS...
