This is another unusual sandwich using peanut butter... may sound strange... but it is really good!

Posting these unusual sandwiches, and I thought I was alone... there are others who eat these "unusual" delights! Enjoy!

  • 2 slice
    bread (or toast)
  • ·
    peanut butter, creamy
  • ·
    mayonnaise ( or miracle whip)
  • 3 slice
    bacon (fried crisp)
  • 2 - 3
    leaves of lettuce
  • 1-2 slice

How to Make Very Unusual BLT Sandwich


  1. Fry the bacon, get all ingredients ready to assemble. If you choose to toast the bread, do it now!
  2. Put a thin layer of peanut butter on the bread (or toast). Next spread a thin layer of mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip). Put your lettuce on one or both slices of bread.
  3. Set the tomato slice(s) on the lettuce. Put the bacon on top of the tomato. Cover with the other slice of bread (or toast). Cut on the diagonal. Enjoy!
