- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 pound bonless venison steaks
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 8 oz. cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 medium onion, sliced

Step 1In resealable bag, combine flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and pepper; shake to mix. Add Steak and shake to coat.

Step 2In large skillet, brown steak in oil over medium heat.

Step 3Add tomatoes, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add bell pepper, onion, and remaining salt. Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 20 to 30 minutes longer.
