bonless venison steaks
1 Tbsp
vegetable oil
8 oz. can(s)
stewed tomatoes
1 medium
green bell pepper
1 medium
onion, sliced

How to Make Venison Swiss Steak For Two

Step-by-Step

  • 1In resealable bag, combine flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and pepper; shake to mix. Add Steak and shake to coat.
  • 2In large skillet, brown steak in oil over medium heat.
  • 3Add tomatoes, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add bell pepper, onion, and remaining salt. Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 20 to 30 minutes longer.
