Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground venison, crumbled
  • 1
    medium onion, chopped
  • 1 jar(s)
    (12 oz.) chili sauce
  • 1 c
    catsup
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    celery seed
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • ·
    hamburger buns

How to Make VENISON SLOPPY JOES

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook venison and onion over medium heat for about 15 minutes until the meat is no longer pink.
  2. Stir occasionally.
  3. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
  4. Simmer for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve on hamburger buns.
