Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground venison
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 - beef boullion cube dissolved in 1 c. warm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How To Make venison meatloaf

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1/2 cup of water with beef boullion.
  • Step 2
    Form into loaf and place in center of baking dish. Pour the reserved liquid over the top.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350*, uncovered, for 1 hour.
