Ingredients
- 1 pound ground venison
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 - beef boullion cube dissolved in 1 c. warm water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make venison meatloaf

Step 1Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1/2 cup of water with beef boullion.

Step 2Form into loaf and place in center of baking dish. Pour the reserved liquid over the top.

Step 3Bake at 350*, uncovered, for 1 hour.
