My husband found this recipe online and, while he is a terrific cook - This is BY FAR the best thing that he makes. While we have always been fortunate enough to have vension in the freezer, I'm sure that lean ground meat could be substituted.

Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
- 1 - medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1-1/2 pound ground venison
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- - worcestershire sauce, to taste
How To Make venison meat loaf

Step 1In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs.

Step 2Add tomato sauce, onion, crumbs, salt & pepper and worcestershire sauce. Add venison and mix well.

Step 3Press into an ungreased 9-inch loaf pan.

Step 4Combine brown sugar, mustard and vinegar. Pour over meat loaf.

Step 5Bake uncovered at 350 for 70 minutes.
