Ingredients

  • 1 pound venison, ground
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans green chiles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 cup co-jack shredded cheese
  • 1 package tortilla shells
  • 1 jar salsa

How To Make venison burritos

  • Step 1
    1. brown venison 9. bake at 350 for 20 minutes or till cheese has melted.
  • Step 2
    2. in a sauce pan 2qt. mix soup green chilies and soup cream.
  • Step 3
    3. drain grease from venison
  • Step 4
    4 put cheeses in a bowl.
  • Step 5
    5.Cover the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish (pan)

    6.Put 1 tablespoon of each meat and cheese on shell
  • Step 7
    7.Arrange in dish in rows might have to put some on the side
  • Step 8
    8.Cover with rest of soup and rest of cheese
  • Step 9
    9. bake at 350 for 20 minutes or till cheese has melted.
  • Step 10
    Serve with sour cream and salsa of your choice. You can use beef or chicken or pork. Add hot peppers if that is your desire. we add extra mushrooms sometimes.
