How to Make Venison Burger Burgers
- 1To puree your onion in your food processor. Just cut it into about 8 pieces and pulse it untill pureed.
- 2If your beef or venison aren't already ground you can do it in your food processor. Simply cut the meat into small chunks and pulse a small amount at a time.
- 3mix the ground beef and ground venison together with the pureed onion and add salt and pepper to taste.
- 4Shape your Venison Burger into 8 patties and grill as you would any burgers. Enjoy!
