Venison Burger Burger came about when my husband brought home some venison that a friend gave him. It was very lean so I ground it up with some beef and made Venison Burger Burgers. Every one in our house loved them. Hope you will too.

ground beef
1 lb
ground venison
large onion pureed
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Venison Burger Burgers


  • 1To puree your onion in your food processor. Just cut it into about 8 pieces and pulse it untill pureed.
  • 2If your beef or venison aren't already ground you can do it in your food processor. Simply cut the meat into small chunks and pulse a small amount at a time.
  • 3mix the ground beef and ground venison together with the pureed onion and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4Shape your Venison Burger into 8 patties and grill as you would any burgers. Enjoy!
