Ingredients
- 4 stalks asparagus ( dliced)
- 2 small sweet red peppers (chopped)
- 2 slices onion (chopped)
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cream
- dash salt and pepper
- TOPPING
- 2 tablespoons sausa
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon fresh chives
How To Make veggie omelet ( all the things i can eat)

Step 1In a small sause pan put the coconut oil ,asparagus, peppers,red pepper flakes ,onion,and garlic. Saute till tender.

Step 2In another sause pan add the eggs and cream. When they set up put veggies on top and fold.

Step 3Put the sausa and sour cream on top and add the chives. Enjoy!
