2Boil or steam your California blend veggies. Strain and set aside, while that is cooking get your instant rice done. Then mix the cream of mushroom soup and garlic and onion powder and rice together.
3I use 2 bread pans but you can use a regular pan. I pat rice mix on bottom of pan and sides. Then put Veggie's in. And a layer of cheese on top of that, Then Rice again, Do as many layers as you can with rice and veggie's and cheese. Top with rice and cheese bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and enjoy.
