Ingredients
- 1 cup instant brown rice, uncooked
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms
- 1 can kidney beans, drained (15 ounce)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 - egg whites, lightly beaten
How To Make veggie burgers

Step 1Place first four ingredients into food processor. Mix until finely chopped. Place mix in a large bowl.

Step 2Add carrot and next 6 ingredients to rice mixture. Stirring well. Shape into patties that are the size of your choice of bun.

Step 3Cook on grill or stove top griddle about 5 minutes on each side.
