My husband and I are trying to cut down on our meat consumption. I stumbbled across this awesome chili and have been using it ever since. We love it!!!!!!

Ingredients

  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 cans diced tomatoes (low sodium )use large cans 16oz or larger
  • 6-8 cans kidney beans, canned(16.5oz)with juice and add water with each addition
  • 2 large onions rough chopped
  • 3 tablespoons onion powder
  • 3 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • 3 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

How To Make vegetarian chili

  • Step 1
    In a 6qt. Crock pot combine all ingredient, turn crock on high and let cook for 10hours or your beans are soft. Dish in lg bowl and enjoy
