My husband and I are trying to cut down on our meat consumption. I stumbbled across this awesome chili and have been using it ever since. We love it!!!!!!

  • 5 clove
    garlic minced
  • 3 can(s)
    diced tomatoes (low sodium )use large cans 16oz or larger
  • 6-8 can(s)
    kidney beans, canned(16.5oz)with juice and add water with each addition
  • 2 large
    onions rough chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 3 Tbsp
    parsley flakes
  • 3 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 4 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 2 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp

How to Make vegetarian chili


  1. In a 6qt. Crock pot combine all ingredient, turn crock on high and let cook for 10hours or your beans are soft. Dish in lg bowl and enjoy
