vegetable stir- fry w garlic oyster stir-fry sauce
You can use any veggies you want. This is what veggies I had on hand. This is a great sauce to use up whatever fresh veggies you have left over.

Ingredients
- FOR THE STIR-FRY SAUCE
- 1/2 cup chicken stock or vegetable stock
- 1/4 cup chinese rice wine
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- FOR THE VEGGIES
- 8 ounces cremini mushrooms
- 2 ounces enoki mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 leek sliced white and light green parts only
- 4 scallions diced
- 1 cup snow peas
- chopped nuts
How To Make vegetable stir- fry w garlic oyster stir-fry sauce

Step 1Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together in a bowl and set aside.

Step 2Add some oil to a wok or large saute pan. Add the veggies and stir fry until softened. Add the sauce and bring to a boil and let thicken a bit. Remove fro heat and serve over rice or rice noodles. Top with nuts
