Ingredients
- 1 - ready to bake pie crust
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small zuchinni, diced small
- 1 small yellow squash, diced small
- 1 small tomato, diced small
- 1 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese (i like to use shredded colby jack cheese)
- 1 cup diced ham (in the meat dept, you can buy ham already diced)
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 small onion, diced
How To Make vegetable quiche

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Heat Olive oil in skillet. Saute vegetables and ham until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2In a medium size bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, cheese, and corn starch. Add vegetables and ham, and stir well. Pour filling into pie crust and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool at least 10 minutes for serving.

Step 3Pizza Quiche -- Instead of vegetables and ham, add 1/2 cup Spaghetti Sauce (Prego or Ragu), 1/2 cup of Pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Add 1/2 tsp. of Oregano and 1/4 tsp. of garlic powder. Follow above baking instructions.

Step 4Quiche Lorraine -- Instead of ham, fry up 4 strips of bacon. Break up bacon and stir in to mixture. Follow above baking instructions.
