vegan barbeque jack fruit&tofu
A fast and easy vegan food. The barbeque puts this over the top-Never say never until you try this. The pureed made the Jack fruit & Tofu cook and set in an eatable form. Your friend will say when did you start eating meat¨¨? The Jack fruit was frozen (I could not find it in a can) One bag Jack fruit and 160z of Tofu made 14 patties.

Ingredients
- 1 bag jack fruit 16oz
- 1 bag tofu 16oz
- 1 large onion
- 1 box mushrooms
- 1 bottle barbeque sauce
How To Make vegan barbeque jack fruit&tofu

Step 1To get the Jack fruit in a cooking form I pureed it until all pieces of jack fruit were in a soft form.

Step 2To get the Tofu in a soft form I pureed it, also, I use a Caribean jerk coating, ( but any coating will due. Mix the coating when forming the patties. The bottom side is cooking, you will have to turn the form over when bottom is cooked. (depend on how done you like it. When I can pick it up with-out patty falling out it is cooked.

Step 3The onions & mushrooms are my side dish ( any side disk is whatever you like.

Step 5The patties without the red cooking form. now add your fav barbeque sauce. This is the cooked side of the patty-this red form was turn over

Step 6You cannot get the Jack fruit to form without parading it. This fruit is very hard in it natural state.
