This is a fast, tasty recipe which could be varied on ingredients depending on your family's tastes. Sometimes I make it an upside down Philly Cheese steak, you can use your imagination. You can tweak the spices, add garlic, red pepper flakes, etc.
1Brown the sausage and add in the vegetables. Drain the excess oil from meat. Add in 1 to 2 cans of tomato sauce depending on how saucy you like your pizza. Add in the seasonings. Spread evenly into a 9x12 baking dish top with the cheeses.
2Whisk the eggs, flour, milk, and oil and salt until smooth, pour this over the top of the sausage mixture. You can shimmy the pan slightly to even it up if necessary.
3Bake at 425 for 25-30 mins until top starts to brown slightly, remove and cool for 10 mins. cut into squares and use a spatula to serve, I like to 'flip' over so that bread is on bottom even though it is intended to be upside down.
