venison kabobs
1/4 c
cranberry juice
1/4 c
olive oil
1/4 tsp
fresh garlic
1/4 tsp
onion salt
1/4 tsp
celery salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1/4 tsp
sweet basil
1/8 tsp
green peppers
cherry tomatoes

How to Make Uncle Buck's Venison Kabobs


  • 1Mix juice, oil and spices.
  • 2Marinate the venison kabobs overnight or at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  • 3Thread the kabob on skewers.
  • 4Alternate skewered meat with mushrooms, onion and green peppers.
  • 5Grill over hot fire for several minutes.
  • 6Do not overcook.
  • 7While cooking, baste meat and vegetables several times with leftover marina.
  • 8Serve on a warmed platter.
