Ingredients For ultimate grilled cheese

  • 3 oz
    cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • dash
    italian seasoning

How To Make ultimate grilled cheese

  • 1
    Soften cream cheese,add mayo, both kinds of cheese, seasonings. Mix well. Spread on buttered sourdough or italian bread and toast like a grilled cheese sandwich. My favorite bread to use is at walmart the everything italian bread. Great served with tomato soup. Keeps for several days in the frig, just take out of frig a few mintutes prior to using for easy spreading. ENJOY!
