- 6 medium tomato
- 1 large deep dish baked pie shell
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions including tops
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make tomato pie

Step 1Cut tomatoes into slices.Lay tomatoes on paper towel to drain until you get the all the other ingredients mixed together.Layer tomatoes into baked pie shell.In a separate bowl combine mayonnaise,cheeses,onion and basil together.Spread mixture over tomatoes and bake. Bake 30 minutes or until lightly brown.Cut into slices and serve warm and with your favorite salad.
