Baked chicken thighs Buffalo wing style in tiger sauce. The relish I made on the chicken thighs was jalapeno, banana peppers, blue cheese, and tiger sauce. It is so good with potatoes au gratin, macaroni and cheese, rice dressing, and salad.

Ingredients

  • 8 large fresh chicken thighs (skin-on)
  • 4 teaspoons Creole seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup creamy wing sauce
  • 1 cup italian dressing
  • 1 cup honey Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups tiger sauce, divided
  • 4 small jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
  • 2 banana peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese

How To Make tiger buffalo baked chicken thighs

  • Step 1
    Place chicken thighs in a large container. Season with creole seasoning and ground ginger; mix well.
  • Step 2
    Combine wing sauce, Italian seasoning, honey mustard, parmesan cheese, and 1 cup of tiger sauce; mix together until blended. Cover and marinade for 6 hours.
  • Step 3
    In a large food processor, add diced jalapenos, chopped banana peppers, crumbled blue cheese, and remaining tiger sauce, and grind for 3 minutes until the mixture is combined.
  • Step 4
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Coat with cooking spray.
  • Step 5
    Use a tongs to grab the chicken thighs out of the container and tranfser to a baking sheet.
  • Step 6
    Spread the relish mixture on each chicken thighs. Bake in 375 for 25 minutes. Cool completely for 10 minutes.
