My kids and I were in the kitchen looking to make a quick lunch. We had been spending a lazy day watching movies, one of which was "Paul Blart, Mall Cop". Once in the kitchen, the ingredients on hand kind of formed a life of their own and the result was an awesome sandwich dedicated to our special day. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients
- 8 slices bread (your favorite kind, toasted if desired)
- 1 pound bacon, cooked
- 1 bunch lettuce leaves
- 2 - avocados peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 package alfalfa sprouts (optional)
- 1 bottle ranch dressing
- 8 slices tomato (2 per sandwich)
How To Make the paul b.l.a.r.t. sandwich

Step 1Toast bread, if desired. Spread ranch on both pieces of bread. Stack the remaining ingredients between the slices. Enjoy!!! I like the addition of the alfalfa sprouts for a different texture and added flavor.
