    all purpose flour
  • 1/3 c
    baking powder
  • 4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 3/4 c
    dry milk
  • 1 3/4 c
    vegetable shortening

How To Make the best all purpose baking mix!

    Stir all the dry ingredients together. Mix well.

    Using a fork or pastry blender, cut the shortening into the mix until it has the consistency of coarse cornmeal.

    Store in an air-tight container at room temperature. The mix will keep for approx. 6 weeks.
