- 9 cups all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup baking powder
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 1 3/4 cups dry milk
- 1 3/4 cups vegetable shortening
How To Make the best all purpose baking mix!

Step 1Stir all the dry ingredients together. Mix well.

Step 2Using a fork or pastry blender, cut the shortening into the mix until it has the consistency of coarse cornmeal.

Step 3Store in an air-tight container at room temperature. The mix will keep for approx. 6 weeks.
